JWC CAMPs Awards 2026

The Journal of Wound Care (JWC) is proud to announce the return of the Cellular, Acellular, and Matrix-like Products (CAMPs) awards 2026,which will take place during the 2026 CAMPs Summit.

Now in its annual edition, the CAMPs awards were created to celebrate the pioneering clinicians and researchers whose groundbreaking work has shaped the future of regenerative medicine. These awards recognise the individuals and teams who continue to set new standards of excellence in research, innovation and clinical application of CAMPs for improved patient outcomes.

This year, the JWC will recognise outstanding contributions in the following categories


• CAMP of the year
Recognising the most outstanding product that demonstrates exceptional innovation, effectiveness and transformative potential in healing and tissue regeneration.

• Best randomised controlled trial
Honouring a rigorously designed trial that advances understanding of CAMPs’ clinical performance through scientific precision and impact.

• Best real-world evidence study
Celebrating practice-changing data that demonstrates how CAMPs perform in real-world clinical settings

 • Best bench study
Acknowledging exceptional in vitro, in vivo and ex vivo research that advances the science of regenerative medicine and supports the development of next-generation CAMPs

• Best performance in an acute setting
Recognising innovative and effective use of CAMPs that deliver measurable benefits in acute wound care.

• Best performance in a non-acute setting
Celebrating excellence and innovation in the application of CAMPs within community and non-acute environments.

All submissions will be evaluated by an expert judging panel using predefined criteria, focusing on impact on patient care, innovation, quality of implementation, measurable outcomes and evidence-based practices.
Winners will be honoured during the CAMPs awards ceremony at the 2026 CAMPs Summit, where their achievements will be showcased to peers and leaders across the wound care community.

• Decisions announced: 2 January 2026
•Intent to attend deadline: 30 January
